No cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not store anything in your browser. There are no advertising or tracking scripts and no social media plugins.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). To deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as your IP address, browser type and the requested page. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are visited. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not build a profile of you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact forms

When you send a support message or a custom app inquiry, we receive the details you enter: name, email, shop URL, your message and, for inquiries, budget range and timeline. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to our email inbox. We use the data only to answer you and, for inquiries, to prepare an offer. Our legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by email.

We keep messages as long as needed to answer them and to handle any follow-up, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Links to other websites

Links to the Shopify App Store, demo stores and other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they process data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you,
• have it corrected or deleted,
• restrict or object to its processing,
• receive it in a portable format,
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing before the withdrawal.
